Release of developer contributions towards securing access to Home Wood and Kennels Copse PDF 140 KB Planning Additional documents:
Decision: Resolved: 1. That any future developer contribution related to New Forest mitigation arising from planning permission granted for residential development at Park Farm, Stoneham (Policy COM5) be used to deliver and manage public access of the area identified as Home Wood and Kennels Copse in Annex B to the report. 2. That the developer contributions outlined in Recommendation 1 be transferred to Eastleigh Borough Council as lead authority for the future management. Minutes: In June 2020 the Council agreed to provide financial support, through the use of developer contributions, to Eastleigh Borough Council (EBC) to contribute to the delivery of Home Wood, an area of the Forest Park allocation. Since that time further discussions between the Council, EBC and the developer had identified an opportunity to bring forward further woodland at Kennels Copse, adjoining Home Wood. However this woodland is outside the Forest Park allocation and differs from that previously presented and agreed at Cabinet. The report of the Planning Portfolio Holder sought approval to allow for the S106 contribution from Park Farm, Stoneham to be used to deliver and manage both Home Wood and Kennels Copse. Having considered the options and for the reasons set out in the report, Cabinet agreed to the following:
Resolved: 1. Budget Carry Forwards PDF 128 KB Finance To consider the carry forward of unspent revenue items budgeted in 2020/21 into the 2021/22 revenue budget. Additional documents: Decision: Resolved: That the items shown in the Annex to the report, totalling £39,640, be approved for carry forward into the 2021/22 revenue budget. Minutes: Each year there are items included within the original estimates and forecasts that Services are unable to spend before the end of the financial year. The report of the Finance Portfolio Holder sought approval to carry forward the more significant of these items into the 2021/22 revenue budget.
Having considered the options and for the reasons set out in the report, Cabinet agreed to the following:
Resolved: That the items shown in the Annex to the report, totalling £39,640, be approved for carry forward into the 2021/22 revenue budget. |
