other preparatory works) until a scheme for the protection of trees
and vegetation to be retained has been submitted to and approved in
writing by the Local Planning Authority. Such a scheme shall
include a plan showing the location and specification of tree

other site operations and at least three working days notice shall be given to the Local Planning
