Reason:  To comply with the provision of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers:

Existing and Proposed Floor Plans and Elevations and Site Layouts, drawing number 1081/05, dated January 2022 and submitted 12.01.22

Reason:  For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
