provided in accordance with the Test Valley Borough Revised Local
Plan (2016) Policy T2 and in the interest of highway safety in

within a period of 5 years from the date of this permission die,
are removed or become seriously damaged or diseased shall be
replaced in the next available planting season with others of
similar size and species.
Reason: In the interests of amenity and the appearance of
the locality in accordance with Test Valley Borough Revised Local
Plan (2016) Policy E1.
