·  the completion of a legal agreement to secure the installation and ongoing maintenance of the package treatment plant and associated wetland, to ensure the development achieves nutrient neutrality

1.

3.

Only one mobile home and one touring caravan shall be stationed on the land at any time and no further mobile homes or caravans shall be introduced without the approval of the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: In the interests of the landscape, residential and visual amenities of the area in accordance with Policies COM2, COM13, E1, E2 and LHW4 of the Test Valley Borough Revised Local Plan (2016).

 

4.

No goods, plants or materials other than those relating to the residential, agricultural, or equestrian use of the land shall be deposited or stored on the land as identified on the approved plan.
