A recommendation for
deferral was proposed by Councillor Budzynski and seconded by
Councillor Z Brooks. Upon being put to the vote the motion was
carried.
|
|
The
item was DEFERRED due to the venue’s capacity being
insufficient to accommodate the number of attendees that turned up
considering fire regulations. The
Chairman proposed the deferment to uphold local democratic
principles that all members of the public wishing to attend
would/should be able to do so. The
application was Deferred to allow for the procurement of a larger
venue

Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017
for proposed redevelopment of the existing building

CASE
OFFICER
|
Emma Jones
|
|
The Officer’s
recommendation as per the agenda was proposed by Councillor
Budzynski and seconded by Councillor Z Brooks. Upon being put to the vote, the motion was
carried.
|
|
That
the Local Planning Authority adopts a Screening opinion to the
effect that the proposed development described as “proposed
redevelopment of the existing building” does not constitute
EIA development for the purposes of Regulation 5 of the ‘Town
& Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment)
Regulations 2017’ and as such a planning application does not
need to be accompanied by an Environmental Statement.
