REFUSED for the reason:

The proposed extensions would result in an increase in bulk at ground floor and first floor level within close proximity of the boundary with the neighbouring dwelling at 102 Rownhams Road. This increase in bulk would result in the development being significantly overbearing from both the garden and from the window serving the kitchen/dining area of this neighbouring dwelling. In addition the increase bulk would result in an unacceptable loss of daylight to the window serving the kitchen. The proposals would thus have an adverse impact in terms of both over bearing and loss of day light on the amenities and living conditions of the occupiers of this neighbouring dwelling, contrary to Policy LHW4 (c) of the Test Valley Borough Revised Local Plan (2016).
