The Review of Planning Committees be delayed until the Committees have received ‘business as usual’ for a period of 12 months after the date at which in the opinion of the Head of Planning and Building Service in consultation with the Planning Portfolio Holder, measures have been established to adequately address the issue of nitrate neutrality in planning applications therefore this item will be put on hold on the Work Programme
