13 Planning Panels Following a recent meeting of the Planning Control Panel its Chairman, Councillor Neal, has suggested that the Panel be disbanded and its work be incorporated into the Review of Planning Advisory and Planning Process Panel, chaired by Councillor Adams-King. The Committee is asked to approve this proposal.
