CONSENT subject to conditions to be agreed between the Applicant
and Head of Planning and Building. The
public benefits of the proposal in respect of the reinstatement of
the ceiling in the stable loft, the refurbishment of the
groom’s accommodation, the repair of structural defects and
the reduction in energy demand outweigh the less than substantial
harm which arises from the proposal.
The proposal is considered to be in accordance with Policy E9 of
the Test Valley Borough Revised Local Plan (2016).
