- Councillor Philip Bundy - Personal - Councillor Bundy declared a personal interest in application 19/02786/FULLS in that he was the Chairman of Nursling and Rownhams Parish Council and given his position on the Parish Council the public perception may be that he was unlikely to be able to approach this matter with an entirely open mind. He made a statement and then left the room whilst the application was considered.
